"Finally we've been able to release the first beta of the zBlock 4 series, from this beta onwards we will be adding 1 feature at a time, and hoping to have all features properly tested and debugged before the final release.
What we've introduced in this first beta should come as no suprise to anyone who's been keeping an eye on zBlock- it's custom player authentication."

I tried several times to go to sleep last night, but my chronic insomnia just wouldn’t relent for one lousy night, so I find myself sat here, less than an hour before I need to “get up” to start the long journey to LAN. For me and Dr Gonzo the LAN adventure began in earnest last night when I picked him up at Leeds train station. Our evening consisted of a few beers, one huge pizza and the driest garlic bread ever made. The two of us like the sound of our own voice entirely too much - as many of you can attest – so it’s no surprise that we gave our vocal cords a good workout as copious amounts of amusing chatter flowed back and forth. I am sure he won’t mind my stealing his thunder with this first diary post – we agreed that we’d both do a diary and express our different experiences and viewpoints on the weekend’s proceedings.

It was announced by G7 today that none of the G7 teams will ever attend a CPL event, or an event by it's organisers, until the payments due by the CPL to players dating back to 2003 have been 100% resolved. This is not just limited to Source, but to any gametype. Read on for the press release, which fully explains their actions.
