TNWA - the company that owns Enemydown, Prizefight and Devotii has announced today the launch of it's new unified anti-cheat system "X-ray Anti-Cheat" (XAC). The biggest news in this story is that it is absolutely free! This will no doubt be a direct competitor to the SGL Anti-Cheat system which isn't nearly as cheap. Time will tell whether or not this new system will be effective, but they're certainly hyping it's potential.
"The client-side application, which cost over half-a-million pounds to develop, is available from www.xraygaming.com ." "The X-ray Anti-Cheat software can be used by any community online event organiser anywhere in the world to ensure tournament integrity and peace of mind for players."
